Latha is a dynamic entrepreneur, known for her exceptional leadership  and management skills. With expertise in developing mission-critical,  time-sensitive enterprise applications, she has been at the forefront of creating world-class medical software systems that process nuclear and  echo cardiac images, aiding in precise diagnoses. Before founding Zywie, Latha held pivotal roles at renowned companies like Equifax, Cisco, and LexisNexis. Armed with a B.S. in Electronics, an M.S. in Computer  Science, and an M.B.A. from Emory, she is driven by her passion for  building companies rooted in deep engineering excellence. A natural  leader, she inspires by example, while balancing a rich family life with her husband, three children, and her parents in Johns Creek, Georgia.

Sameer leads the development and architecture of the next-generation ZywiePro Solution, drawing on more than a decade of experience in designing enterprise software systems. With a strong focus on mission-critical applications and big data, his expertise spans end-to-end development, ensuring stable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. After earning his Master’s degree in Computer Science, Sameer worked across various industries, building robust systems designed to perform efficiently in high-demand environments. Passionate about innovation, he takes great pride in delivering technology that drives impactful and lasting results for businesses.

Dr. Gambhir is a renowned electrophysiologist known for his expertise in treating the most complex arrhythmias. His exceptional skill in  performing advanced ventricular tachycardia (VT) and atrial fibrillation (AFib) ablations comes from years of experience at Columbia University, one of the nation’s top centers for such procedures. With extensive  research publications in his field, he is at the forefront of  electrophysiology, specializing in cutting-edge treatments like the  LARIAT™ procedure and maintaining a focus on cardiogenetics and  congenital heart disease. Dr. Gambhir currently practices in  Gainesville, GA, delivering top-tier cardiac care.

Andrew is a seasoned medical sales professional with a strong background in the cardiovascular sector, bringing valuable corporate healthcare  expertise to Zywie. He joined the company in early 2019 after working at Stryker, where he managed business development in the EP and surgical  fields. Andrew holds a BBA in Marketing and a fellowship in personal and organizational leadership from the University of Georgia. At Zywie, he  leads business development operations and strategic initiatives,  leveraging his proven track record in results-driven medical sales  leadership and support.

Joseph Blankenship is an experienced healthcare finance executive with more than 30 years of leadership across financial operations, accounting, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Zywie as Chief Financial Officer, he served in senior leadership roles at Alere Health, including Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and CFO. Joseph has extensive experience driving operational efficiency, improving financial performance, and leading acquisition integrations within the healthcare industry. At Zywie, he oversees financial strategy and operational growth initiatives, helping support the company’s continued expansion and long-term success.
