DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an Office Manager to lead the general functions of the organization.  This will include: light payroll & invoicing, light HR, performance reviews, write-ups, hiring, onboarding, ordering supplies, and working with the employees & leaders in various departments.

The Office Manager will report directly to the COO and will serve as the go-between for the various departments: Customer Service, Billing, Logistics/ Shipping, IT, etc.  This person will be proactive and be comfortable solving problems and working through ambiguous situations.

The Office Manager should inspire confidence in all his/ her direct reports, smile, be comfortable leading, and be comfortable being measured for KPI (key performance indicator) attainment for all departments.

Positive, high-energy, can-do attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

PREFERRED:
Microsoft PowerPoint
Leadership experience
